It is estimated we are exposed to 100 million toxins in the modern world. I’m talking about microplastics, air pollutants, chemicals in food, pesticides, chemicals in cleaning products and personal care items, to name just a tiny few.
These toxins can wreak havoc on our health: disrupting hormones, causing cellular damage, promoting inflammation, and oxidative stress. In the longer term, this can lead to disease states including heart disease and cancer.

17 or more: Get professional help from a doctor or nutritional therapist before starting a detox
