Hello! I’m Ruth Lewis-Robertson. I am a fully qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach, Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I’m registered with BANT, CNHC, and SMTO.
I’m on a mission to help people feel their best, and to get their stress anxiety under control. I love witnessing tension ease away when I’m giving someone a massage and I’m also fascinated in the link between food and mood.
As a long term vegan, plant-based nutrition is my specialty. I went vegan for the animals in 2014. That was before the days of the plethora of vegan junk food available now, and I was forced into a whole foods plant diet. I loved experimenting with cooking new foods and was curious in the unexpected joyful feeling that my new lifestyle brought. I enrolled in the life changing Nutritional Therapy diploma course with CNM soon after, qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist in 2018. Now I’m still vegan for the animals, but also wholefood plant-based for my own health, and I want to help you to achieve the same!
I know that battling society can take its toll on mental health. And I know too that sticking to a plan can be really difficult with all that junk food out there to tempt us nowadays! I want to help you find a diet that not only corresponds with your ethical values, but helps you to thrive on it too. I don’t work exclusively with vegans; my approach is to work with you to develop your unique nutrition plan based on your individual needs and values. I’ll then work with you over a period of time to hold you accountable and coach you into making changes at the right speed for you.
