Perhaps you know what you should be doing, but need a kick to get you there. Or perhaps you aren’t sure where to start with so much conflicting advice on how to eat well.
Whatever your starting point, this challenge is ideal for you. Together we will build on healthy habits over the course of a full week, designed to empower you with the knowledge and support you need to make lasting changes.
Each day you will receive a new challenge to your inbox, each one with a different focus, such as increasing vegetable intake or hydration, or how to know you are getting the right amount of protein. The challenges will be designed to fit in around your busy life, and there will be a focus on how to achieve your aims even when life is hectic.
What’s more there will be a private Whatsapp group to join for accountability and support, something that has always been popular on my previous challenges!

A 4-week group programme
Over the course of 4 weeks, take a deep dive into how you can support your mental wellbeing naturally through the foods you eat.
We all know that we are supposed to eat healthily to manage our health. But often our mental wellbeing is overlooked in this, despite the fact that the right or wrong food can have a huge impact on how we feel emotionally and mentally as well as physically.
Timed for the start of winter when the days are getting shorter and the weather is getting colder, this is the ideal time to find out what you can do to take control of your mental wellbeing through foods.
Take part in a live weekly Zoom session, every Wednesday for 4 weeks at 7pm (or catch up later with the recording).
Join a deliberately small group of like-minded individuals for accountability and support. Have your questions answered, regular contact from me, email summaries, healthy (plant-based) recipe inspiration, and more.
